1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all services provided by Formula Labs LLC, DBA SafeCert Laboratories  (“Company”). By engaging our analytical testing services, the client (“Client”) agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. Services Provided The Company provides analytical testing services as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. All testing is conducted in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedures and industry standards.

3. Sample Submission The Client is responsible for ensuring that all samples are appropriately labeled, packaged, and accompanied by the necessary documentation. The Company reserves the right to refuse testing if samples are improperly submitted or suspected to be hazardous.

4. Turnaround Time The Company commits to completing all tests within 48 hours of sample receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Turnaround time begins once the Company acknowledges receipt of the sample and all required documentation.

5. Test Results Results will be provided in a written report delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or the suitability of results for the Client’s intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality All information and test results are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

7. Fees and Payment Terms All fees are as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Payments are due within [number] days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed. The Company reserves the right to withhold results until payment is received.

8. Finality of Sales All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once testing has commenced. The Client acknowledges and accepts the irrevocable nature of analytical testing services.

9. Limitation of Liability The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure The Company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

12. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on the Company’s website or provided directly to the Client.

13. Acceptance By submitting samples for testing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in full.
